Body Shape n Body Size 03/11/2011
This block was created to ease people from the stress they go through every time they have a thought of going for a therapy treatment or any treatment where they will be required to strip. There are many factors that can put someone off every time they have to get a treatment that requires some kind of stripping. Some of the factors are, body shape, body size and even looks in some cases. The truth is that if you have a good therapist all that shouldn't matter. A good matured therapist should understand and take care of the needs of a client. A good therapist should not have a problem with what kind of body you have but instead make sure that the client gets the most out of a therapy treatment. In other cases, it is important to boost the confidence of clients somehow. One should not miss out on all the wonderful benefits of massage treatments because of these factors. Now we come to how you should prepare yourself before you go for a therapy treatment. The first point is that it will be good to take a shower or a bath before your treatment. This will boost your confidence a little bit. This should not be very important for the therapist but it will give you a peace of mind knowing that you did your best to keep yourself clean. As well, treatments like massage Therapies work better after a shower or bath. One thing that a friend of mine told me was that, he went to have a massage therapy one time after work and when he took off his shoes, the smell dominated the room. He said the whole time he couldn't stop thinking about how the therapist must be thinking. I told him that the therapist probably didn't mind. They deal with all sorts of people and I'm sure she met many with the same problem. This shouldn't be the case. Therapists are people like everyone else. If they don't have someone in their family with smelly feet themselves, there must be someone they know with a similar problem. I am a therapist myself and I had an uncle with the same problem. His nickname became 'Feety'. So, hey! This should not bother you. It is a very common problem. The second tip is that you should avoid eating too much before the treatment. This can cause major discomforts, like stomach cramps and feeling of nausea. Be on time for your appointment. This might sound silly but it is does help you to be calm and ready.
