Policy
For Individual Massage Services, Refunds are available if services are cancelled 48hrs before the day of services. However, five pounds will be deducted for administration costs.
Bookings can be postponed only twice, after that there will be no obligation to render services at the client's convenience. Refunds are unfortunately not guaranteed in this case.
Partial refunds are also available in case a client is not satisfied with our services
Incase of functions like Bridal Showers, Baby Showers and Pampers parties, a100% refund is available if cancellation is done a at least a week before the event. After this period you might loose your deposit or only partial refund might be granted. The are no refunds for non attendance after the event date.
